I happened to know about the TechnoPro Design Company from the Job Fair held at my University in Philippine.
Originally, Japanese technology was highly evaluated worldwide and had an advanced impression. So “becoming an engineer in Japan“ was very attractive.
From the Job Fair, I got to know about the company which training was substantial and the system to support engineers was in place. I thought this could be the place where I want to work, and I can do my best in this company.
In addition, my parents was very relieved for all the support from the company and encourage me to join to TechnoPro. That also made me decided to join the Company.
This is my 2nd Year here in TechnoPro,
The support system is more generous than I heard at the job fair.
Especially the Japanese Training. My concern from the beginning was the Japanese skill. After joining the company, I was able to attend 6 weeks of Japanese School Language program. Also there are so much of the support the company have prepared for us. I am fortunate to have all the support from TechnoPro. All those support gives me comfort and safety here in Japan. Even in the workplace, if there’s language issue, the sales staff will supports us. So we can work with peace of mind.
I am currently working for Cyber Security. All the knowledge was gained form the training which was provided from the company. It is one of the hot technology which increasingly needed worldwide. I am very happy to be able to improve my expertise through a combination of work and training.
The company will handle all the preparation of VISA renewal procedures and preparation for housing in Japan.
My current goal is to improve my technical and Japanese skills. It would be great to become a leader in the future and continue to be active in Japan.

Before I join TechnoPro Design Company, I was working on the design of vehicle meter cluster in the Philippines, my home country. Then, I learned about the existence of a partner company of TechnoPro Design Co., Ltd. in the Philippines.
I started working at TechnoPro Design Co., Ltd. in Japan from October 2018.
The reason why I decided to change my career was that I will be able to acquire higher technical skills in Japan and at the same time be able to support my family with a higher income. I was a bit afraid of living in a country with a different culture, but I am the kind of person who like challenges, so I managed to go to Japan without hesitation.
I feel the joy of being able to touch on Japan's high-level development capabilities related to autonomous driving as an ECU circuit design engineer.
I'm still not used to the cold weather in winter and my Japanese language skill still needs improvement, but being able to gain more skill and learn new technologies encourage me to do my best in Japan.
The support from the company is very fulfilling. In addition to being able to receive training on learning Japanese, the living condition is well organized by the company. There are a lot of opportunities to gain more experience and knowledge while working as an engineer in TechnoPro.
There are different work options provided after a project is completed.

For those who is coming to Japan for first time, we provide any kind of support from the day of Arrival to prevent any trouble. (From Airport to Dormitory)
Company Dormitory is available nationwide. Japanese Mattress will be provided by the company.
The necessary home Electronics can be rented for the first one Year.
※Housing Utilities (including water and Gas) are personal expense (10,000JPY Approx.)
Resident registration is required at the nearest City Hall.
Again, all the documentation support will be provided.
Entire process for opening Bank Account will be fully supported.
We recommend opening a bank where you can send money overseas.「Hanko」will be prepared by the company.
We support for purchasing mobile phone (SIM), including the process for contract. For the person who have difficulties for contract with phone company, Company can rent the company phone with free of charge (3 month)
There will be some lectures and advice for the Japanese culture, Manners and Customs, such as how to ride a train and traffic rules from our employees. In addition to preventing troubles in living in Japan, you can learn about convenient ways of living.
