TechnoPro IT provides ERP solutions centered around SAP products as an SAP PartnerEdge Silver Partner.

Established in 2018, the ERP Business Division comprises approximately 130 professionals, including 25 consultants. We have established a comprehensive system capable of handling everything from implementation support (project preparation) to system design (business process review and scope definition), realization (construction and add-on development), transition to full operation (operation design and training), and ongoing operational support (maintenance and additional development).

In addition to SAP S/4 HANA implementation, construction, and operational support, we cover a wide range of business application development and maintenance, including CRM, SCM, HR, as well as infrastructure construction and maintenance. Our team structure consists of professionals with SAP certified consultants' knowledge, technical skills including frontend systems, and business knowledge in various fields to support our customers' DX promotion.

TechnoPro IT's Unique Strengths

Although the ERP Business Division was established in 2018, we have accumulated rich experience in SAP S/4 HANA new implementation, migration from the old products, and operational support. Since the division's establishment, we have been committed to nurturing talent, including SAP certified consultants. In addition to SAP Academy, provided by SAP, we offer original training curricula to support obtaining SAP certified consultant qualifications. The number of newly certified consultants has exceeded 20. We have also set up a verification environment called "SAP Lab" internally to promote skill enhancement.

At TechnoPro IT, we have engineers at all stages, from consultants capable of strategic business consulting in the upstream process to programmers involved in frontend and add-on development. We respond flexibly to diverse customer needs regardless of area or phase. As a partner who grows together with our customers' businesses, we can build long-term relationships based on trust.

What we Aim to Achieve as a Division Going Forward

In anticipation of the upcoming "SAP 2027 Problem," we are actively meeting the rising demand for "SAP S/4 HANA" migration. Our vision includes expanding our team to 200 members by 2026 through focused talent acquisition and development.

Simultaneously, we are working towards providing higher value-added services. As of 2022, 60% of our projects are managed independently, showcasing our prowess as a prime service provider. The remaining 40% sees us collaborating as trusted partners with consulting firms and vendors. As we look ahead, our focus will be on forging direct relationships with end-users and expanding project contracts, solidifying our position as a preferred choice for comprehensive solutions.

Additionally, we will accelerate the shift to problem-solving-oriented services handled from pre-sales and business consulting. Furthermore, we have plans to expand into offshore and export-type businesses, utilizing the TechnoPro Group's global network.
