With my sights set on becoming an IT engineer in the future, I pursued studies in the field of information security during my university years. However, I never anticipated that the knowledge I gained would directly translate into practical work. What I learned has served as a foundation for my engineering career. As I prepared to enter the professional world, I nurtured a deep aspiration to broaden my horizons through continuous learning and absorb new knowledge at every opportunity. It was this mindset that sparked my interest in TechnoPro IT, a company known for its diverse range of industries and technical domains.

Interestingly, during my student days, I held the belief that "any job will do" as long as I could work on something that piqued my interest. Whether it was software development or infrastructure management, I was determined to approach each task with curiosity and pursue it relentlessly. I communicated this attitude prior to joining the company, and it was this very mindset that caught the attention of my current group leader, who saw me as an "interesting guy". I consequently embarked on my journey within the company, contributing my expertise to infrastructure construction for a prominent construction firm.

I distinctly recall the first time I visited a client company and wondered, "Will I truly be able to make a meaningful impact here?" Despite having specialized in information systems during my university studies, I felt apprehensive. However, I refused to dwell on those uncertainties. It was a demanding period when I joined, and I was entrusted with challenging assignments from the outset. Through practical experience, I received guidance on each aspect and witnessed a steady growth in my skills. Before long, I realized that I had developed a wide range of capabilities, enabling me to tackle diverse tasks with confidence.

Until now, I have mostly been involved in client-related tasks, but I also have a strong interest in taking on server operation responsibilities and expanding my technical expertise even further. Going forward, I aim to broaden my knowledge and skills in my field. Additionally, I recognize the importance of enhancing my personal abilities. Within our company, there is a development project called the "New Graduate 5-Year Plan," in which I am participating. The objective is to cultivate engineers who possess not only technical prowess but also strong interpersonal skills. The goal is to foster professionals who can gauge others' emotions and improve their communication abilities, combining technical expertise with outstanding human qualities. It is rare to find an IT company with such a well-established support system as ours.

On the technical side, my current objective is to continue embracing new challenges while striving to become a well-rounded professional, known for maintaining composure even in demanding situations. At present, I occasionally find myself feeling overwhelmed when unexpected issues arise. This is why I have deep respect for our group leader, Mr T.O, who consistently demonstrates a calm and measured approach. I aspire to develop the ability to approach problem-solving in a systematic manner. This growth will allow me to move forward on the path towards assuming leadership roles in the future.

In addition to Mr T.O, there is another individual I greatly admire. This person is a seasoned engineer from a partnering company where I am currently assigned. Often referred to as the "walking database," they possess an extraordinary ability to provide precise answers to any question within seconds. Not only do they possess extensive knowledge, but they also possess a charismatic and reliable personality. They embody the very essence of an "ideal" professional. My ultimate goal is to become an engineer of their caliber. At TechnoPro IT, there are not only many opportunities to work with exceptional leaders and mentors in the IT industry but there is also a platform for inspiring encounters such as this.
