At TechnoPro IT, we have been engaging over 400 engineers in projects for central government agencies and local governments. Aligned with the establishment of the Digital Agency, which is leading the way in promoting digital transformation (DX) in local governments nationwide, we launched the "Public Solutions Division" in July 2021.
We carefully selected experts with a deep understanding of local government IT and operations and commenced services focused on package implementation. Our areas of coverage include core operations (residents' information, national health insurance, taxation, welfare, disaster prevention, water supply, and map information), internal information (financial accounting, personnel salaries, general affairs, document management), and infrastructure (network reinforcement, equipment replacement, and cloud adaptation). We handle local government projects nationwide with an on-site approach.
In addition to experienced professionals from major vendors and former local government officials, we are dedicated to nurturing talents who can contribute to the next-generation of local government IT. We are building an environment where engineers involved in local government IT can establish high-value careers and provide services that contribute to the local communities.

Over the past 30 years, TechnoPro IT has engaged in projects for local governments nationwide and built partnerships with various major and regional vendors.
The engineers responsible for on-site support at public institutions are involved in a wide range of areas, including practical work for internal information systems, overall management of core operation systems and infrastructure networks. Engineers who have worked on systems for many years, starting as operation support, and later becoming project managers, are now entrusted with upstream processes as the systems are shifted to the cloud. In this way, we have knowledgeable experts in local government IT nationwide, with many engineers who have been working on local government projects for over ten years, establishing a strong foundation of trust with local government officials and vendor representatives.

What we Aim to Achieve as a Division Going Forward
The Public Solutions Division initially commenced its operations in Tokyo, but through collaboration with engineers belonging to the Public Solutions Division scattered across various regions and regional branches, we provide services to local governments and vendors nationwide. We plan to expand our operations to Osaka, Sendai, Nagoya, Okayama, and Fukuoka as part of our ongoing business expansion.
Our goal is to position ourselves as "Local Government IT Support Advisors" capable of supporting the next-generation challenges in local government IT. Leveraging the trust built over the years with stakeholders in local government IT and the practical experience and career plans of our full-time engineers, we will establish on-site services for DX promotion support, PMO, and support for local government officials.
To achieve this, we are dedicated to developing talents tailored to each engineer. Upon joining, we create a five-year career plan and nurture digital professionals equipped with both business knowledge and IT skills.
