Our Business Endeavors
TechnoPro IT Corporation's System Solution Division specializes in commissioned development across eight development centers nationwide. With a team of approximately 200 engineers possessing extensive technical skills and business knowledge, we are well-equipped to meet the diverse and advanced IT needs of our clients.
Through seamless collaboration among seven specialized groups, namely "Enterprise" (core business support), "Embedded Control," "Data Management," "Digital Platform," "Engineering Systems" (production process support), "IoT," and "Business Analysis," we contribute to the success of various industries, including manufacturing, public services, and logistics. Our four core solutions - "Business Process Outsourcing" (BPO), "DX Promotion," "Production Management," and "Overseas Introduction Support" - allow us to play a vital role in our customers' businesses.
Our engineers are evenly distributed between those involved in consulting and requirement definition in the upstream process (50%) and young engineers aspiring to work in the upstream process (50%). This ensures that we can consistently identify challenges and work towards their resolution, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.
TechnoPro IT's Unique Strengths
The System Solution Division comprises seven groups, each excelling in highly-valued specialized areas. Not only do these groups demonstrate their expertise individually, but they also collaborate across domains to provide optimal solutions that meet our clients' needs.
One of our significant achievements lies in the "Business Process Management (BPM)" field. By offering solutions such as RPA and workflow systems, we actively promote our clients' digital transformation (DX).
Our Production Management Solution also boasts a wealth of experience, thanks to our numerous veteran engineers. With a focus on mid-sized companies, we have an extensive track record covering everything from FIT & GAP analysis to introducing solutions in both domestic and international locations. For example, we supported a major System Integrator in introducing a production management system for an automobile parts manufacturer in their Chinese branch. Our familiarity with the field and agility in operations received high praise, leading to further engagements for the North American branch.
What we Aim to Achieve as a Division Going Forward
Since our establishment in 2018 with 90 members, the System Solution Division has grown to a team of around 200 professionals. We have been working towards establishing a system capable of covering a wide range of solutions through the collaboration of our seven groups. This includes recruiting seasoned professionals who can handle business consulting and upstream processes, as well as cultivating the next generation of leaders among our veterans.
In the future, we will focus on forming alliances with a broader range of product vendors to expand the scope of products and solutions we can offer. We also plan to add specialized areas in high-demand to our service menu and increase the number of groups.
To provide services with higher added value, we will dedicate more efforts to talent development. In addition to the training we already offer to entry-level engineers, we have started providing training for upper-layer engineers since May 2022. Our goal is to establish a unique curriculum for nurturing consultants and increase the number of professionals capable of leading our clients' problem-solving efforts.
Expectations for Career Professionals' Contributions and Roles
During the initial phase of setting up the division, we primarily recruited experienced professionals in upstream processes and those capable of management as immediate contributors. Now that our training and development systems are well-established, we are opening up more opportunities for a wider range of engineers to make significant contributions.
For professionals with experience in upstream processes, we expect them to play active roles in positions directly connected to end users. We look forward to their leadership in guiding clients and teams. Utilizing the available training programs, they can aspire to become consultants. Even those who are currently working hands-on as team members have the opportunity to take on managerial roles under our enriching education system.
Desirable Characteristics and Human Skills for Mid-Career Hires
Engineers in the System Solution Division work in positions that allow them to directly interact with end users, taking charge of projects that promote business reform and DX from the upstream. However, the style of work is not limited to planning and conceptualizing projects from behind a desk; rather, it involves hands-on management in the field to ensure successful project outcomes.
Among professionals with a managerial inclination, those who have hands-on experience in system development and infrastructure construction can excel in their roles. Our culture encourages challenges, and with our well-established training system, this environment is ideal for individuals with a strong desire for growth and a spirit of taking on new challenges.
