Steps to Joining the Company

Below we will explain the flow from your application to joining the company.

STEP1
Application

You can apply through the application entry form or external recruitment site entry form, etc.

STEP2
Document Screening

Based on the information provided in the entry form and the interview, we will conduct a document screening and inform you of the results.

STEP3
1st Interview

We will conduct an interview at your preferred location (headquarters or each sales base). Based on the career sheet we have received in advance, we will inquire in detail about your technical skills. We will also provide a thorough explanation of our company's business and employee attitudes, so please feel free to ask any questions or make requests. Depending on the case, we may conduct Human Skill tests and Technical Skill tests.

STEP4
2nd Interview

If you pass the first interview and the above tests, we will contact you for a second interview. The interview will be conducted with the department head, and our engineers may also be present.

STEP5
Job Offer

After adjusting the terms and conditions, we will inform you of the job offer. Upon the successful submission of the necessary documents, your employment will be formalized.

What is the average age of employees?

The average age is about 37 years.

Are there any foreign engineers in TechnoPro IT Company?

We have foreign engineers from 24 countries around the world and they work on a variety of projects.(South Korea, China, Myanmar, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Brazil, Nepal, France, Germany, USA, etc.)

How long does it take to join the company?

If you do not have a visa that allows you to work in Japan, after accepting the job offer, you will go through the visa application process in both Japan and your own country. Since it takes some time for the visa* to be granted, it will take approximately 4 months until you join our company.
*Please note that the time required to issue the visa varies depending on the country and the situation at that time.

How are projects and work locations determined?

Those will be determined based on your skills and project situation. During the interview, we will ask you about your preference for the place of work.

When will the project I will work on be decided?

The actual project you work on will be decided after you join the company. However, you will have an opportunity to hear about the type of project you will be working on even before you join the company.

Is there any support when we need to move?

If you are assigned to a project in a location where it is difficult to commute from home, we will prepare a dormitory. Deposits, key money, and transportation costs for luggage are all paid by the company as long as they are within the regulations, and monthly rent subsidies are also available.

What is your employee evaluation system?

Employee evaluations are conducted once a year. We will evaluate and interview you from various angles (technical improvement, contribution to your department, attendance, submissions, etc.). In addition, there is a separate bonus assessment twice a year.

How is my salary determined?

After asking about your wishes at the interview, we will calculate your salary according to the salary table based on your skills.

Will I get paid while I am on standby?

There may be a period between the projects. In that case (on standby), your salary will not change.
The company will follow up with you to ensure that there is as little time between projects as possible.

How are bonuses determined?

We conduct a bonus assessment and determine the amount.

Is there a labor union?

Yes, there is. In principle, all new employees join the union.

How much overtime do you work?

Average monthly overtime is about 12.3 hours. In order to protect the working environment of employees, a system has been established to ensure that labor management and other means are carried out.
